Awesome win for the Canes, 4-3 over the Thrash! Unfortunately, this had to go to overtime, but at least we got the two points! I though that Peters had an excellent game, in fact, I liked most of the teams play. The disallowed goal on Cole was very fuzzy, however, it was not due to goaltender interference, instead, they called a regular interference, which in my opinion was not a good call. I thought that the Ruutu-Skinner-LaRose line was our best line, but that's not to say that the other lines didn't play well. Overall, it was a great game, and now we sit three points out of the eighth spot!

This game against the Atlanta Thrashers is a crucial two points. Unfortunately, we are dealing with a lot of injuries right now. Jussi Jokinen is still out with lower body concerns, Jiri Tlusty has recently been placed on injured reserve, and Cam Ward has some undisclosed injuries, but will be healthy enough to be a back-up if Justin Peters should play. Personally, I think Peters should play, because he played well against Florida on Friday, and also because we don't want to risk Cam's he...

So today I have created the new website! Wooo! I have always enjoyed watching the discussions on Facebook on the Fan Page, but I never really wanted to participate, mainly because people were brutal and I didn't want to be destroyed by complete strangers. So here is this website! I hope that you will treat everyone on here with respect. I also will have other features other than just discussion on here, such as news, and just random facts, etc. on the Canes. I am open to suggestions!
